A lot has been written about blogger ethics. How do these ethics apply when we are talking about Blog Process Outsourcing? Bloggers use Google Text Ads, Amazon referrals and BlogAds on their Blogs to make few dollars. If they are provided with a steady income in return for their writing talents, can they write on behalf of a company? Only time will answer this question.
I will list the Blogger Code of Ethics from Cyberjournalist.Net and put it in proper perspective in the world of Blog Process Outsourcing.
Bloggers should be honest and fair in gathering, reporting and interpreting information.
Bloggers working for the Blog Process Outsourcing Company have a difficult task of presenting the material by staying fair, honest and positive at the same time. Bloggers are known for their outspokeness, so it is not a easy task to give a positive outlook to any complaints related to the company’s products or services. However, a blogger worth his salt, has a duty to hear both the sides and present a win-win solution for both the company and the consumer and not just write his mind without trying to providing a resolution.
