I arrived early at Qwest Center to make sure I visited the exhibition. One thing that impressed me this year, was the High Definition Videoconferencing system from Conference Technologies Inc. The picture was crisp and clear as expected from a Hi-def system. They had very reasonably priced point-to-point and multi-point systems. Others were usual IT staffing companies, media companies, universities and IT companies.
Infotec 2007 concluded today in Omaha, Nebraska. I made my presentation on “Business Blogging as a Marketing Tool” at 2pm and it coincided with the drawing for the Disneyland trip. You can guess where people decided to go :-). However, I had 11 dedicated attendees who decided to listen to me. I had a good mix of eager-to-learn audience from couple of universities and private sector. Ron Woerner from Conagra made his brief presentation on Web 2.0.
